摘要
目的:研究单味药枸杞对营养性肥胖大鼠模型的体质量、Lee's指数、体内脂肪重量及血脂的影响。方法:将80只大鼠按体质量随机分为普食组10只和模型组70只。模型组采用高脂饲料建立肥胖大鼠模型,于第8周,将造模成功的40只大鼠按体质量随机分为4组(模型空白组和枸杞高、中、低剂量组),每组10只;普食组为空白对照组。连续给药4周,测定各项指标。结果:枸杞能明显减轻营养性肥胖模型大鼠体质量和体内脂肪重量,降低Lee's指数,降低血脂中TG、TC含量,与模型空白组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:枸杞对营养性肥胖大鼠具有明显的减肥消脂作用。
Objective To study the impact of Matrimony vine on weight, Lee's indicator, body fat weight and blood fat innutritional obesity rat model. Methods: The 80 rats were randomly divided into common food group of 10 and model group of70, according to body weight. Rats were given high fat feed to establish obese rat model, and 40 model rats were randomly di-vide into 4groups (model blank group, high, medium and low dose group of Matrimony Vine),at 8th weekend, 10 rats in each,with the common diet group as the blank control group. After giving drugs for 4 weeks, the indicators were determined. Results:Matrimony vine reduced the weight, Lee's indicator, body fat weight, TG and TC in nutritional obesity rat model, and comparedwith the model group, the difference was significant (P〈0.01). Conclusion: Matrimony vine was effective to slim fatty tissue innutritional obesity rat.
