脑膜瘤切除术后中西医结合护理的效果观察

Efficacy Observation of Integrative Care of Chinese and Western Medicine on Meningioma Resection

目的:观察中西医结合护理对脑膜瘤切除术后的护理效果。方法:将120例脑膜瘤切除术后患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。对照组采取常规护理方式,观察组在常规护理方式的基础上辅助穴位按压方法。结果:与对照组比较,观察组患者头痛、呕吐、便秘、负面情绪、尿潴留等症状明显减少(P<0.05)。结论:采用中西医结合护理方法能有效预防脑膜瘤切除术后患者头痛、呕吐、便秘、负面情绪、尿潴留症状的发生,减少住院的时间,提高愈后的效果。

Objective To observe efficacy of integrative care of Chinese and Western Medicine on meningioma resection.Methods： The 120 cases of meningioma resection were randomly divided into observation and control group, 60 cases in each.Patients were given usual care in control group and the basis of routine care approach plus acupressure methods in observationgroup on. Results： Compared with the control group, observation group showed less headache, vomiting, constipation and negativeemotions, and other symptoms of urinary retention was significantly reduced （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The application of integrativecare of Chinese and Western Medicine can prevent occurrence of postoperative meningioma patients with headache, vomiting,constipation, negative emotions and urinary retention symptoms, reduce hospitalization time, and improve the after effect.
