顺铂软膏对小鼠皮肤颗粒细胞生成的影响

Influence of cisplatin cream on the production of skin granular cell

目的观察顺铂软膏对小鼠皮肤颗粒细胞生成和体重的影响。方法昆明种小鼠25只 ,随机均分为5组 :空白对照组、迪维霜组、0 1 %顺铂软膏组、0 5 %顺铂软膏组、1 %顺铂软膏组。外用给药18d后 ,观察动物体重变化和皮肤病理学变化。结果与空白对照组比较,0.1 %～1 %顺铂软膏均明显增加皮肤颗粒细胞生成 (P<0.01) ,对体重增加的影响均明显小于迪维霜 (P>0.01) ,也未见明显的局部刺激。

Aim To observe the influence of cisplatin cream on the production of skin granular cells and the body weight of mice. Methods The changes of body weight and skin pathology of mice were observed 18 days after external application of cisplatins.Results The experiment results showed that 0.1%～1%cisplatin cream obviously enhanced the production of skin granular cells(P<0.01)and the effect on the growth of body weight of mice was less than the effect of tretinoin cream(P<0.01) and no obvious dermatic stimulation was found. Conclusion Cisplatin cream promeotes the production of skin granular cells
