Arc Rib Installation Technique of Rib Link Arc Super Large Bridge

青县县城运河特大桥采用主桥＋两侧装饰性系杆拱结构。其中的主拱肋施工分三阶段进行,拱肋两端在浇筑拱脚混凝土时预埋,中段由工厂加工完成后借助吊车安装。拱肋安装的关键环节包括临时加劲骨架、吊车布设、拱肋连接、套管定位等。

Yun River super large bridge in Qing county consists of main bridge and decoration rib arc structure at two sides. The main rib arc is constructed in three phases： the two ends of rib arc is preneded during concrete pouring process, and the middle part of the rib is made in plant and installed by crane. The key link of rib installation includes temporary framework, crane arrangment, arc rib connection and casing pipe position.
