高职院校学生职业生涯规划指导的探讨

如今，毕业生就业的难易和就业率的高低逐渐成为评价各高职院校办学水平的重要指标。当前高职院校毕业生在就业时，普遍存在对就职的待遇、工作环境、工作性质不满意的现象，与自己的期望值相差很大，因而不安心工作、不认真工作，不断跳槽、调换工作；不热爱本职工作，甚至干一行恨一行，行行不尽人意。好的职业生涯规划，能有针对性地准备各种职业能力，能尽快地达到人职匹配的理想境界。如何系统有效地指导学生进行职业生涯规划，提高他们的就业能力，使之毕业后能很好地立足社会，已成为高职院校的当务之急。本文通过对学生职业生涯规划的理论、思路的论述，对学生在进行职业生涯规划时如何正确认识学业、职业、就业三者之间的关系作了分析，提倡学生在校学习知识和技能的同时要根据就业形势，对自己的未来有清晰的职业规划，同时对高职院校加强学生职业生涯规划教育的措施进行了探讨。

Nowadays, graduate employment has gradually become one of the important indices for e- valuating higher vocational colleges. The current higher vocational college graduates are always not satisfied with the treatment, working environment and work characteristics, so they do not concentrate on their work, A good career planning can be targeted to a variety of professional ability, achieving students＇ ide- al for their job as soon as possible. Based on the students＂ career planning theory, this paper analyzes how to help students understand correctly the relations between academic, profession and employment when they are making career plan. The measures on the career planning education in higher vocational colleges are also discussed in this paper.
