化妆品成分对育龄女性健康相关毒性及国内安全性管理现状

Study on toxicity of cosmetic ingredients for women of childbearing age and its safety management

目的随着女性健康生育问题得到越来越多的重视,育龄女性如何安全使用化妆品也成为一个研究热点。化妆品中各类成分中对与育龄女性健康生育危害较大的包括重金属残留(铅、镉、铬、汞、锑、砷和镍)、甲醛以及释放甲醛的防腐剂、邻苯二甲酸酯类和二恶烷等。现对上述化妆品成分相关毒性和安全性管理现状进行综述,为后续研究提供方向。

Objective With the health of women fertility problems were paid more and more attention,the safe use of cosmetics for women of childbearing age has become a hot research topic. All kinds of ingredients for cosmetic negatively impacted on women＇s fertility and reproductive health,which included residual heavy metals（ lead,cadmium,chromium,mercury,antimony,arsenic and nickel）,formaldehyde,formaldehyde-releasing preservatives,phthalates and dioxane. The safety-related toxicity of cosmetic ingredients which were mentioned above and its management status were reviewed in this paper in order to provide a direction for further research.
