摘要 背景 细胞死亡是多种疾病的伴随过程,死亡相关蛋白激酶1(death-associated protein kinase 1,DAPK1)是一类与细胞死亡有关的酶,最初人们主要研究它在肿瘤抑制方面的作用,随后人们发现它在细胞死亡方面也有重要作用. 目的 DAPK1与细胞死亡密切相关,是近年来的研究热点.了解其研究现状以及未来发展趋势是非常有意义的. 内容 从DAPK1的结构、活性调节等方面人手,着重分析DAPK1与多种作用物的相互作用过程及其与疾病的关系. 趋向 随着人们对DAPK1研究的日益深入,DAPK1将成为疾病治疗的一个新靶点. Background Cell death is accompanied by a variety of diseases.It involves a enzyme called death-associated protein kinase 1 (DAPK1),which was previously thought to be a tumor suppressor.It was currently demonstrated that DAPK1 also played a pivotal role in cell death.Objective DAPK1 is now a research hotspot for its close links to cell death.It is of great importance to review the current status and future trends of this issue.Content This review describes the structure and activity regulation of DAPK1,focusing on its relationship with a variety of elements and their interaction during the progress of death signaling-related diseases.Trend With the deepening research on this issue,DAPK1 will become a new target for the treatment of diseases.
