反相HPLC法测定感冒止咳颗粒中黄芩苷的含量

Determination of Baicalin in Ganmao Zhike Granule by RP-HPLC

目的建立反相高效液相色谱法测定感冒止咳颗粒中黄芩苷的含量。方法采用shim-pack C18色谱柱（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）,流动相为甲醇-2%磷酸溶液（50∶50）,流速：1.0 mL/min,测定波长：279 nm,柱温：40℃。结果黄芩苷在10.0~60.0μg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系（r=0.999 1）。平均回收率为97.78%,RSD=1.2%（n=6）。结论本实验方法操作简便,结果准确,可用于测定感冒止咳颗粒中黄芩苷的含量。

Objective To establish a RP-HPLC method for determination the content of Baicalin in Ganmao Zhike granule.Methods The shim-pack C18（ 250 mm×4. 6 mm,5 μm） was used. The detection wavelength was 279 nm,column temperature at 40 ℃.Results The standard curve was linear in the range of 10. 0-60. 0 μg /mL for Mangiferin（ r =0. 999 1）. The average recovery was 97. 78%,the RSD was 1. 2%（ n = 6）. Conclusion The method is simple and accurate,it can be used for the determination of Baicalin content in Ganmao Zhike granule.
