Content Determination of Verbascoside in Xinrong Liquid by HPLC

目的建立HPLC测定心荣口服液中毛蕊花糖苷的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法测定毛蕊花糖苷的含量,色谱柱为Diamonsil C18（4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm）,流动相为乙腈-0.1%醋酸溶液（16∶84）,流速1.0 mL/min,柱温30℃,检测波长334 nm。结果毛蕊花糖苷在0.049 2~0.393 2μg范围内进样量与峰面积mL呈良好的线性关系（r=0.999 9）,回收率为99.07%,RSD为2.15%。结论本法简便,准确,灵敏度高,重现性好,能有效控制心荣口服液的质量。

Objective To establish a method for quantitative content determination of verbascoside in Xinrong liquid by HPLC. Methods The HPLC method was used,with Diamonsil C18（ 4. 6 mm×250 mm,5 μm）. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0. 1% ethylic acid solution（ 16 ∶ 84）,and the flow rate was 1. 0 mL /min at 30 ℃. The UV detection wavelength was 334 nm. Results The linear range of verbascoside was between 0. 0492 and 0. 3932 μg /mL（ r = 0. 9999）. The average recovery of verbascoside acid was 99. 07%,with RSD of 2. 15%. Conclusion The established method is simple,efficient and accurate,which can be used for the quality control of verbascoside acid in Xinrong liquid.
