摘要
通过采用原辅料同步加入工艺、加装釜顶冷凝器、反应过程中注冷却水工艺等缩短了聚合反应周期,提高了单釜PVC产量,使70 m3聚合釜PVC生产能力达到4万t/a。
The reaction cycle was shortened and the output in a batch was incresed by taking a variety of measures,including simultaneous addition of additives and raw materials,installat on of over head condensers,inject on of cool water during reaction,etc. Therefore,the PVC production capacity in a 70m3 polymerizer reached 40 000 t /a.
