摘要
考察了CPVC/PVC的共混比、稳定剂、润滑剂、加工改性剂和填料对CPVC型材密度、力学性能、加工性能和耐热性能的影响。试验得出的最佳配方为:CPVC,50份;PVC,50份;有机锡稳定剂,2份;硬脂酸钙,1.0～1.5份;58号精炼石蜡,1份;PA20,1～2份;活性轻质碳酸钙,20份。
The effects of CPVC /PVC blend ratio,stabilizer,lubricant,processing modifier and filler on the density,mechanical properties,processing properties and heat resistance of CPVC profiles were studied. The best formula was obtained： CPVC 50,PVC 50,organic tin stabilizer 2,calcium stearate1. 0- 1. 5,refined paraffin wax-58 1,PA20 1- 2,and activated light calcium carbonate 20 parts.
