Review of Heart Failure in Animal Experiment

从实验动物的选择、心衰模型的复制、心衰实验指标的检测等方面,对近年来国内外的心力衰竭动物实验研究进行了整理、归纳和比较,旨在可以基于不同条件选择出经济实用的模型动物,贴近临床的动物模型复制方法,以及特异性高的心衰实验检测指标。通过对以上因素的分析,为心力衰竭的实验研究提供适用的动物,稳定的模型复制方法以及多选择性的实验指标,进而在为心力衰竭的研究提供理论基础和实验室依据的基础上,寻求出最优的实验途径,以及探索出今后研究新途径和新方法。

The article made the induction and comparison of the choice of heart failure in animal experiment research at home and abroad in recent years,duplicating model and medical technology,etc.It was to chose more affordable animals,more resemble models and more sensitive medical indexes.Through analyzing above factors,the experimental study of animal,the stability of the model and more selective replication methods of experimental index would be provided.And then it can not only make theoretical of heart failure and laboratory technology,but also seek the optimal way of experiment and to explore new way and new method for future research.
