Traditional Chinese Medicine Intervention Idea for Preventing Recurrence of Endometriosis Postoperative Recurrence

手术治疗是治疗子宫内膜异位症(EMT)的方法之一,但是由于术后复发因素复杂,复发率高,严重影响着妇女健康与生活质量。探讨中西医关于EMT术后复发的病机机理及中医药治疗优势所在,总结出中医药防治EMT术后复发的策略,以期为制定EMT患者术后的预防方案提供思路与方法,从而进一步提高中医药治疗疗效,降低复发率。

Operation is a common treatment method of endometriosis（EMT）.But due to the high recurrence rate after operation,EMT seriously affects the health and life quality of women.This paper discusses the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine on the pathogenesis mechanism of recurrence and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine after EMT operation and sums up the EMT recurrence strategy of Chinese medicine in prevention and treatment in order to provide ideas and methods for the prevention plan of EMT patients,so as to further improve the curative effect of Chinese medicine treatment as well as reduce the recurrence rate.
