摘要 microRNA(miRNA)是一类长约18~25 nt的单链非编码小RNA,主要通过结合于靶基因的3’非翻译区抑制靶基因的翻译或导致mRNA降解,从而抑制靶基因的表达。近年研究发现,miRNAs在慢性心力衰竭的发生发展过程中起作用,已成为治疗心衰的一个可能的新的靶点。迄今为止已发现miRNA在心肌肥大,心肌纤维化,心肌细胞的凋亡等与心衰发生发展相关的过程中起作用。近期,大量研究表明miRNAs参与了心脏重塑的病理过程,最终导致心力衰竭的发生。在此,对miRNA在心力衰竭中的调控作用做一综述。 MicroRNA(miRNA) is the recently-discovered single-stranded small non-coding RNA ranging in size from 18 to 25 nt.MiRNA binds to the 3'untranslated region of the target mRNAs and negatively regulates the expression of the targets by translational inhibition or mRNA cleavage.Recently,studies have found that miRNA plays a role in the occurrence and development of cardiovascular disease and has possibly become a new target for treatment of cardiovascular disease.Here,we summarized the function of the miRNA in regulation of heart failure.
