中医综合治疗方案对肺心病缓解期患者的临床疗效观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的:观察中医综合治疗方案对慢性肺心病缓解期的临床疗效。方法:将195例肺心病缓解期患者随机分为治疗组(中医综合治疗)和对照组(基础治疗)。辨证分型后,治疗组在常规西医基础治疗的基础上,加用口服中药汤剂治疗、穴位敷贴治疗。对照组给予西医基础治疗。治疗2个月后观察疗效。结果:总有效率治疗组90.91%,对照组81.25%,治疗组疗效优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组和对照组同组内四种不同证型间的临床总疗效接近,各证型之间差异比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:中医综合方案和基础治疗方法对肺心病缓解期均有较好疗效,前者疗效优于后者,同组内不同证型疗效接近。 Objective:To observe the clinical effects of synthesized TCM plan treating patients with COR during remission stage.Method:195 patients with COR during remission stage were divided into treatment group(synthesized TCM treatment) and control group(basic treatment) randomly.After syndrome differentiation,oral medicine and acupuncture were added in the treatment group based on conventional treatments of western medicine.The control group was only treated with conventional treatments.The effects after 2 months treatment were observed.Result:The total efficiency in treatment group was 90.91% and that of the control group was 81.25%.The former was better than the latter and the differences between the two groups had statistical significance(P〈0.05).The four different types had close efficacies in groups of treatment and control and the differences among the four groups had no statistical significance(P 〈 0.05).Conclusion:Both synthesized TCM plan and basic method have good efficacies on the patients with COR during remission stage,but the former has better efficacy than the latter and different types in the same group has close efficacy.
