摘要
目的:基于"脾主运化"理论,探讨结肠黏膜Glu及NO在肠易激综合征发病机制中的作用。方法:给予大鼠反复直结肠灌注中药大黄造成炎症刺激,炎症恢复后,再给予小量电刺激诱发高敏感性的肠道发生应激反应,制备IBS动物模型,观察疏肝健脾法对大鼠结肠黏膜Glu及NO含量的影响。结果:模型组与正常对照组比较,Glu及NO含量明显升高(P<0.01);疏肝健脾组与模型组比较,Glu及NO含量有一定程度减少(P<0.01)。结论:大黄-电刺激大鼠模型可有效制备IBS动物模型;基于"脾主运化"理论的疏肝健脾法能够改善该模型的缺损症状,对IBS有一定的防治作用。
Objective:With the theories of spleen governing movement transformation(SGMT),we aim to investigate Glu and NO how to act on colonic mucosa of irritable bowel syndrome(IBS).Methods:The rat models with IBS were made by perfusing rhu barb repeatedly to cause inflammation.After inflammation recovering,the rat was stimulated with weak electric current to induce the supersensitive corresponds from hypersensitive intestine.And then,we observed the effect of the soothing the liver and invigorating the spleen on Glu and NO contents of the rats colonic mucosa during the stimulation.Results:Compared with the blank control group,the levels of Glu and NO in the colonic mucosa of the model group were increased significantly(P〈0.01).Compared with model group,we can observe some inflammatory reactions.After the treatment,the contents in the colonic mucosa were decreased(P〈 0.01).Conclusion:The rats models with IBS induced by electric stimulus-rhu barb perfusion can effectively simulate human irritable bowel syndrome and the soothing the liver and invigorating the spleen method can improve,prevent and treat the symptoms of the rats models in some degrees.
