复方樟柳碱联合葛根素对缺血性视神经病变患者的疗效及其对视力、视野、眼底改变的影响

Compound Anisodine Combined with Puerarin for Ischemic Optic Neuropathy Patients and Its Influence on Change of Visual Acuity,Fundus and Visual Field

目的:探讨复方樟柳碱联合葛根素对缺血性视神经病变患者的疗效及其对视力、视野改变的影响。方法:选择2011年3月—2013年3月门诊收治的缺血性视神经病变患者共83例(83眼),将患者随机分为观察组45例、对照组38例,观察组患者给予复方樟柳碱+葛根素注射液,对照组患者给予妥拉苏林注射液+葛根素注射液,治疗3个疗程后比较两组患者视力、视野以及眼底的变化情况。结果:在视力比较上,治疗前两组患者不存在统计学差异(P>0.05),治疗后两组患者的视力均较治疗前显著改善(P<0.05),治疗后,观察组患者的视力显著优于对照组患者的视力(P<0.05);在临床疗效比较上,观察组患者显效26例(57.8%)、有效16例(35.6%)、无效3例(6.7%),总有效率为93.4%;对照组患者显效14例(36.8%)、有效15例(39.5%)、无效9例(23.7%),总有效率76.3%,经比较,观察组患者总有效率显著高于对照组患者(P<0.05);在治疗中两组患者均无不良反应发生。结论:采用复方樟柳碱联合葛根素能够对缺血性视神经病变患者的视力、视野以及眼底有明显的改善作用,是一种安全、有效的治疗方法。

Objective：To investigate the effects of compound anisodine combined with Puerarin for ischemic optic neuropathy patients and its effect on visual acuity and visual field change.Methods：In March 2011—March 2013,83 cases（83 eyes） ischemic optic neuropathy admitted to the outpatients and were randomly divided into observation group（45 cases） and control group（38 cases）.The observation group was treated with compound anisodine ＋ Puerarin Injection.Patients in control group were treated with Phentolamine injection and puerarin injection.After three courses of treatment,we compared two groups vision,vision and fundus changes.Results：In the visual comparison of the two groups before treatment,there were no statistical differences（P〉0.05） and after treatment visual acuity improved more significantly than before in two groups（P〈0.05）.After treatment,the visual acuity in observation group was significantly better than that of the control group（P 〈 0.05）.In the comparison of clinical efficacy,observation group had 26 cases obviously effective（57.8%）,16 cases effective（35.6%）,3 cases invalid（6.7%）,and the total efficiency was 93.4%.In control group,14 cases were obviously effective（36.8%）,15 cases effective（39.5%）,9 cases invalid（23.7%） and the total efficiency was 76.3%.By comparison,the observation group＇s total efficiency was significantly higher than that of control group（P 〈 0.05）.Two groups had no adverse reaction.Conclusion：The compound anisodine combined with Puerarin can improve visual acuity,visual field and fundus of ischemic optic neuropathy patients.It is a safe,effective method.
