摘要
目的:探讨复方芪苓无糖颗粒剂对高脂血症脂肪肝大鼠血脂及肝内脂质代谢紊乱调节作用。方法:将SD大鼠随机分为正常组与造模组,建立高脂血症脂肪肝大鼠模型后,将造模组随机均等分为模型组、血脂康胶囊组、复方芪苓无糖颗粒剂高、中、低剂量组。检测血清总胆固醇(TC)、血清甘油三酯(TG)水平,取肝脏组织检测肝组织的TC、TG及肝脏病理标本。结果①与模型组比较:各给药组血清TC及肝脏TC、TG水平均显著降低(P<0.05,P<0.01)。②与血脂康组比较:复方芪苓无糖颗粒降低血清TC及肝脏TC、TG,均有统计学差异(P<0.05,P<0.01)。③HE病理:复方芪苓无糖颗粒各剂量组与模型组比较病变程度均有明显减轻,其中高剂量组改善最为明显。结论:复方芪苓无糖颗粒具有显著调节高脂血症大鼠脂质代谢紊乱,抑制肝细胞脂肪变性,保护肝脏的作用。
Objective:To investigate the liver protection and hepatic lipid regulating metabolism of sugar-free Qiling compound granules.Methods:The rats were randomly divided into normal group and modeling group.When all the model rats were proved to be successful,the model rats were randomly divided into model blank control group,Xuezhikang capsule group,sugar-free Qiling compound granules high,medium and low dose groups.The serum TC,TG and the TC,TG in liver tissue the liver pathology specimens were monitored.Results:1.Compared with model blank control group,the serum TC and the liver TC and TG were significantly decreased in all the drug groups(P〈 0.05,P 〈 0.01).2.Compared with the Xuezhikang capsule group,all the sugar-free Qiling compound granules groups reduced the serum TC and the liver TC and TG(P〈 0.05,P 〈 0.01).3.HE pathology:Compared with the model blank control group,the severity of hyperlipidemic was significantly reduced in each dose group in sugar-free Qiling compound granules groups.Parts of the periportal fibrosis were decreased,which was the most obvious in high-dose group.Conclusion:Sugar-free Qiling compound granules can protect liver by regulating lipid metabolism in hyperlipidemia rats and inhibiting hepatic steatosis.
