摘要
目的:对桑叶中降糖有效部位的提取工艺进行研究。方法:通过查阅大量文献,对桑叶降糖有效部位的提取工艺研究进展进行综述。结果:总结出桑叶作为药用资源的降糖有效部位为生物碱、黄酮和多糖,且论述了其有效部位在提取工艺方面的进展。结论:桑叶是一种优良的降糖中药材,其生物碱、黄酮和多糖具有重要的降糖活性,对于其有效部位的提取工艺进行深层研究具有重要意义。
Objective:This article focused on the extraction process for the hypoglycemic effective parts and hypoglycemic activity of mulberry leaves.Methods:Through consulting a large number of literatures,hypoglycemic effective parts of mulberry leaves and its extraction process were reviewed.Result:Summed up the hypoglycemic effective parts of mulberry leaves are alkaloids,flavonoids and polysaccharides,and its effective parts in the extraction process is discussed.Conclusion:Mulberry leaves were excellent hypoglycemic herbs,its alkaloids,flavonoids and polysaccharide have a significant hypoglycemic activity,and the further research for extraction technology is of great significance.
