桑叶降糖有效部位提取工艺的研究进展

Research Progress on Extraction Technology of Mulberry Hypoglycemic Effective Parts

目的:对桑叶中降糖有效部位的提取工艺进行研究。方法:通过查阅大量文献,对桑叶降糖有效部位的提取工艺研究进展进行综述。结果:总结出桑叶作为药用资源的降糖有效部位为生物碱、黄酮和多糖,且论述了其有效部位在提取工艺方面的进展。结论:桑叶是一种优良的降糖中药材,其生物碱、黄酮和多糖具有重要的降糖活性,对于其有效部位的提取工艺进行深层研究具有重要意义。

Objective：This article focused on the extraction process for the hypoglycemic effective parts and hypoglycemic activity of mulberry leaves.Methods：Through consulting a large number of literatures,hypoglycemic effective parts of mulberry leaves and its extraction process were reviewed.Result：Summed up the hypoglycemic effective parts of mulberry leaves are alkaloids,flavonoids and polysaccharides,and its effective parts in the extraction process is discussed.Conclusion：Mulberry leaves were excellent hypoglycemic herbs,its alkaloids,flavonoids and polysaccharide have a significant hypoglycemic activity,and the further research for extraction technology is of great significance.
