人工种植肉苁蓉缓解运动疲劳作用及急性毒性实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:对人工种植肉苁蓉醇提物的急性毒性及缓解运动疲劳作用进行研究。方法:肉苁蓉醇提物以最大浓度及最大给药体积的药液对实验组小鼠灌胃给药,对照组给予等体积的溶媒,连续观察14 d,记录小鼠不良反应情况。采用负重游泳实验及血乳酸、血清尿素和肝糖原测定观察肉苁蓉醇提物的缓解运动疲劳作用。结果:观察14 d后,给药组与对照组无小鼠死亡,对体重无影响,小鼠灌胃肉苁蓉醇提物的最大耐受量为119.46mg/kg。未见任何急性毒性反应。肉苁蓉醇提物小鼠负重游泳实验结果为阳性,且血乳酸、血清尿素、肝糖元三项生化指标中血清尿素及肝糖原两项指标为阳性。结论:人工种植肉苁蓉提取物毒性很低并有缓解运动疲劳功能的作用。 Objective:To study the acute toxicity and anti-fatigue effect of the ethanol extract of artificial planting Cistanche deserticola.Methods:Mice in experimental medicine group were intragastrically administered the ethanol extract of artificial planting Cistanche desertiola by the thickest concentration and the largest volume permitted and control group were administered the equal solvent.The acute toxicity reaction of mice was observed in the successive 14 days.The anti-fatigue effect of the drug was studied with the experiment of compelled weight loading swimming and blood lactic acid,serum urea and the liver glycogen level were determined.Results:After 14 days,all mice in the experimental medicine and control groups survived,and no acute toxicity was observed in both groups.The maximal tolerant dose of the ethanol extract of artificial planting Cistanche desertiola in mice was 119.46 mg/kg.The ethanol extract of artificial planting Cistanche desertiola not only significantly prolonged mice swim depletion time,but also reduced the formation of the blood urea nitrogen and increased the liver glycogen level in testing mice,nevertheless,it had no effect on blood lactic acid value.Conclusion:The ethanol extract of artificial planting Cistanche desertiola.has less acute toxicity in mice and obvious anti-fatigue effect.
