醒脑静注射液联合依达拉奉治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的临床疗效

The clinical efficacy on the treatment acute ischemic stroke with Edaravone and Xingnaojing injection

目的:探讨依达拉奉联合醒脑静注射液治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选取56例急性缺血性脑卒中患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,两组均给予抗凝、控制血压、抗脑水肿等药物常规治疗,对照组给予依达拉奉注射液(30 mg/次,2次/日,静脉滴注);对照组给予依达拉奉注射液(30 mg/次,2次/日,静脉滴注)和醒脑静注射液(10 mL/次,1次/日,静脉滴注)14 d为1疗程,连续治疗两个疗程。考察患者的主要生理指标变化、临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果:两组患者经治疗后,血小板聚集指数和血浆黏度较治疗前发生了较大的改变,具有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组临床疗效明显优于对照组,具有显著性差异(P<0.05);两组患者均为出现严重的不良反应。结论:依达拉奉联合醒脑静注射液用于治疗急性缺血性脑卒中,临床效果较好,不良反应少,具有一定的临床推广意义。

Objective：Explore the clinical efficacy and safety on the treatment acute ischemic stroke with Edaravone and Xingnaojing injection.Method：Selected 56 cases of acute ischemic stroke patients were randomly divided into control and treatment groups,two groups were given anticoagulation,control of blood pressure,anti-conventional treatment of cerebral edema and other drugs,the control group received Edaravone injection（30 mg/times,2 times/day,intravenous infusion）;control group were given Edaravone injection（30 mg/times,2 times/day,intravenous infusion） and Xingnaojing injection（10 mL/time,1 time/day,intravenous infusion） 14 days for a course of treatment,continuous treatment of two courses.Investigated in patients with primary physiological indicators,clinical efficacy and adverse events.Results：Two groups of patients after treatment,platelet aggregation and plasma viscosity index than before treatment undergone great changes,with a significant difference（P 〈 0.05）;clinical efficacy of the treatment group than the control group,with significant difference（P 〈 0.05）;two groups of patients were serious adverse reactions.Conclusion：Edaravone Xingnaojing injection for the treatment of acute ischemic stroke,the clinical effect is better,fewer adverse reactions,with some clinical significance.
