冬虫夏草无性型研究一直是热点和难点,相关研究尚无实质进展。但近年来,随着发酵技术日趋成熟,冬虫夏草开发利用研究已取得很大的进展。文章就冬虫夏草无性型、有关学名问题、固体和液体发酵技术研究进展进行综述,并对其未来发展作了展望。

The agamorph research on Cordyceps sinensis was a difficult and attractive field without groundbreaking discovery. With the improvement of fermentation technology, the research on the utilization of C. sinensis had made great progress in recent years. The research progress of C. sinensis anamorph, scientific name issue, solid-state fermentation and liquid fermentation were reviewed, and the future development was discussed as well.
