SCP范式下破解我国五星级饭店行业困境的政策探究

Research of Hospitality Industry Policy to the Dilemma of Five Star Hotel Based on SCP Paradigm

近年来随着五星级饭店数量的快速增加，业界关于国内五星级饭店市场发展前景存在较大争议。本文首先基于SCP范式对我国五星级饭店市场发展现状进行分析，结果发现当前五星级饭店行业处于市场供给不断增加，进入壁垒低，退出壁垒高的微粒市场结构；市场行为表现为价格竞争激烈，饭店之间合作行为处于较低水平；市场绩效则出现下滑局面。随后，本文运用集体选择理论分析了行业供给继续增加的原因，并认为只有通过政府产业政策的调整才能予以解决以上问题。最后基于以上分析提出改善五星级饭店业绩效的政策建议。

In recent years, with the rapid increase of the number of five Star Hotel, there is great controversy about the market development prospect of domestic five Star Hotel industries. Firstly, this paper analyzed the current situation of the development of the five Star Hotel market of our country, based on the SCP paradigm. And then found that with the market structure of high barriers to entry, low barriers to exit and low concentration, five star hotel industry fell into predicament of the increasing market supply and the low growth rate of profit. Then, this paper analyzed the reason of industry supply continuing to increase with the public choice theory, and found that only by the adjustment of the governments＇ industrial policy to solve the above problems. Based on the above analysis, it put forward policy recommendations to improve the performance of the five Star Hotel industries.
