硫糖铝联合黄连素治疗慢性顽固性胃炎的临床疗效分析

Comprehensive Analysis Sucralfate Joint Berberine for the Treatment of Chronic Intractable Chronic Gastritis

目的分析硫糖铝联合黄连素对慢性顽固性胃炎的治疗效果。方法选取已确诊的慢性顽固性胃炎患者180例,所有患者均开始服用硫糖铝和黄连素,将患者自身治疗前症状与治疗后症状进行对照,从而得出有效率。结果两药物联用治疗慢性顽固性胃炎极为有效。结论硫糖铝联合黄连素治疗慢性顽固性胃炎,使得患者治疗后症状大为改善,总有效率较高,且严重副作用极少仅少数出现便秘、口干,为临床上治疗慢性顽固性胃炎寻得出路。

Objective To analyze sucralfate joint berberine effect on the treatment of chronic stubborn gastritis. Methods Select 180 cases of patients who have confirmed with chronic stubborn gastritis, then all patients start taking sucralfate and berberine, and own symptoms before treatment and after treatment in patients with symptoms were compared, so we obtain the effective rate. Results Two drug combination treatment of chronic stubborn gastritis is very effective. Conclusions Sucralfate joint berberine treat chronic stubborn gastritis, making the patients symptoms improved after treatment, the total effective rate is higher, and severe side effects rarely only a handful of constipation, dry mouth, find out a way for clinical treatment of chronic stubborn gastritis.
