Objective To explore influence of anti HCV treatment on white blood cells and the CD4 cells of HCV/HIV mixed infection. Methods Retrospective analysis of 12 patients admitted in our department HCV/HIV mixed infection in anti HCV treatment process, the change of the white blood cells and the CD4 cells. Results All 12 patients with PEG-IFNα-2a plus ribavirin antiviral treatment, white blood cells and CD4 cells in different levels of decrease. Which at the same time with zidovudine HAART scheme of white blood cells and CD4 cell count to reduce the most obvious. Conclusion For people infected with HCV/HIV mixed in the process of anti HCV treatment should pay close attention to the change of the white blood cells and the CD4 cells, anti HCV treatment should be replaced as soon as possible before contains zidovudine tablets of HAART treatment.
