米力农注射液致低血压休克2例

2 cases of hypotensive shock caused by milrinone injection

2例患者静脉滴注米力农注射液发生低血压休克,经及时救治休克得到纠正。考虑因米力农注射液引起的严重药物不良反应,可能与药物药理作用、给药方案以及与其他药物协同降压作用有关。建议临床使用米力农时应密切监测血压,采用小剂量静脉微量泵输注给药,进一步控制药物输注时的速度、浓度并注意药物的协同作用。

2 patients receiving milrinone injection suffered hypotensive shock, which might be a severe drug adverse reaction caused by milrinone injection. By analyzing the relevant factors, we considered that this adverse reaction possibly related to the property of the drug effects, the dosage regimen, and synergistic hypotensive effect of other combined drugs. It indicates that the use of milrinone needs controlling patients’blood pressure via properly monitoring the infusion velocity and concentration of the drug, and the synergistic effect due to drug interactions.
