受国际粮价持续上涨的影响,粮食安全问题成为各国关注的焦点。在全球一体化背景下,根据我国的粮食供求现状分析,影响我国粮食发展的因素包括资源约束、农民种粮积极性、粮食物流体系等。为保障我国的粮食安全,对内要加大基础设施投入、改革涉农补贴模式、建立保障粮食安全的长效机制、完善粮食流通储备体系。对外要大力推进国际协调,优先保证粮食作为食品的根本属性。适当利用全球资源配置,建成灵活的粮食进出口调节机制。

Influenced by the constantly increasing international food prices continued to rise, the problem of food security has becdme the focus in many countries. In the context of globalization, according to the current situation of China＇s food supply and demand, factors that affect China＇s food development include resource constraints, the peasants＇ enthusiasm for growing grain, food logistics. In order to guarantee the food security of our country, to increase the investment of infrastructure, our country should reform agriculture subsidy mode, set up the long-term mechanism, integrate the logistic resources and cultivate more modern logistics. On the other hand, we should develop international coordination, and ensure the fundamental properties of grain as food. Under the global resources allocation, we may built flexible food import and export regulation mechanism.
