基于贵州良好的生态基础,探讨贵州生态经济的发展战略。贵州发展生态经济存在工业特定发展阶段、能源结构单一、技术瓶颈和成本障碍等制约因素,这一特定现实决定了贵州发展生态经济的战略的重点是生态旅游、生态工业园和生态补偿。在生态经济的建设过程中,地方政府是主导力量,贵州政府要在倡导生态经济价值导向、推进科技创新、提供制度保障等方面做好工作。

The paper, based on the good ecological foundation of Guizhou, discusses the development strategy of ecological economic in Guizhou. The factors that restrict the development of ecological economy include in particular stage of industry development, single energy structure, technical bottlenecks and cost barriers. The specific reality determines that the development strategy of ecological economic in Guizhou is the ecological tourism, ecological industrial park and ecological compensation. In the process of construction of ecological economy, local government is a dominant force. Guizhou government should advocate the ecological economic value orientation, promote innovation of science and technology, provide the system safeguard, and do a good job.
