基于利益相关者视角的矿山企业社会责任研究

CSR Research on Mining Corporations from the Prospective of Stakeholder

企业社会责任是现代公司理论的重要组成部分,日益受到理论界与学术界的关注。作为我国的基础产业,矿山企业在国民经济与社会发展中具有重要的地位和作用,在追求利润的同时也应在地方和国家发展中承担相应的社会责任。文章以利益相关者理论为基础,从生态、经济及社会角度对我国矿山企业社会责任承担进行了研究,并提出一定的建议。

Corporate social responsibility is an important part of the corporate modern theory, which attracts growing concern from theorists and academics. As China＇s basic industries, mining company has played an important role in the national economy and social development. In the pursuit of profits, the mining companies should also bear the social responsibility for local and national development at the same time. Based on the theory of stakeholders, from the ecological, economic and social point of view, corporate social responsibility of mining company has been studied and certain recommendations are also forwarded in this paper.
