我国农村低碳化与现代化建设协调程度及其对策

Research and Countermeasures on Coordination Degree of Chinese Rural Construction of Low Carbon and Modernization

我国当前正处于新农村建设的关键时期,实现农村现代化与低碳化是新农村建设的关键。但是,在目前农村低碳化与现代化建设的过程中却存在着许多不协调的问题。借鉴已有研究成果对农村低碳化与现代化的综合评价指标体系,利用物理学中的耦合协调度模型,对当前中国农村低碳化与现代化建设协调程度进行评价分析,得到实证分析结果表明,各地区农村低碳化与现代化的协调程度的差异较大,因此,必须因地制宜采取不同的政策措施促进农村低碳经济与现代化建设的协调发展。

Our country is currently in a critical period of the new rural construction, the key ot whlcll is to realize rural low carbon and modernization. However, there possesses a lots of inharmonious problems in the process, at present, of the rural construction of low carbon and modernization. Therefore, on the basis of predecessors＇ research on the comprehensive evaluation index about low carbon and modernization in the countryside, this paper uses the physics coupling coordination degree model to take an evaluation analysis on coordination degree of current Chinese rural construction of low carbon and modernization. And in view of regional coordination degree difference testified by the result of empirical analysis, it has a further step on the research of policy suggestions about how to enhance the harmony degree.
