Rethinking about National History Research in the 1950s

20世纪50年代是中华人民共和国史研究的开端时期。学界提出了科学地研究中华人民共和国史的任务,初步探讨了相关理论问题,具有明确的学科建设意识,并编写、出版了初步成果,但过于强调国史研究要为现实政治服务,编辑出版的教材、讲义等学术性和科学性不足。尽管影响较小,但应当肯定当时的史学工作者们所做的学术努力。

The 1950 s is the beginning of the People's Republic of China's history study.During this period,academic circles put forward the task of scientifically studying the national history of PRC and initially explored the related theoretical issues which had a clear ideology of discipline construction and compiled and published preliminary results,but paid too much emphasis on national history research serving for practical politics and textbooks,lecture sheets edited and published had academic and scientific deficiencies.Despite the impact was small,but academic efforts the historians made should be certainly confirmed.
