社区居家养老服务模式探析——以武汉市为例

Analysis of the Aged Home-based Community Caring——Taking Wuhan as an Example

面对人口老龄化的严峻形势,我国政府借鉴西方发达国家的经验,提出居家养老和居家养老服务。武汉市政府立足于本市老年人养老的具体需求,大胆探索出一种颇具人性化、多元化和操作性强、可持续发展的居家养老服务模式,既可弥补家庭养老和机构养老之不足,又纠正了在养老社会化过程中过度商业化和市场化的缺陷,能够很好地解决该市老年人居家养老问题。

Faced with the austere fact of aging of population, the Chinese Government proposed home-based care and home based care service by using the experiences of western developed countries for reference. Wuhan Municipal Government boldly explored a humanized and diversified model of home-based caring, which is based on the specific demands of local aged people. This model is highly operable and sustainable; it can remedy the limitation of family supporting and institution caring,and also rectify the defects of over-mercerized and over-commercialized during the socialization of provide for the aged.
