马克思主义理论教育与弘扬传统文化的关系问题是我国思想文化建设领域的重要课题。在社会兴起社会主义文化建设高潮以及意识形态建设不断加强的新形势下,必须树立马克思主义理论教育与弘扬传统文化的关系自觉意识。在社会思想文化建设中树立马克思主义理论教育与弘扬传统文化的自觉意识,必须走出传统与现代、激进与保守的对立局面。就马克思主义理论教育而言必须在把马克思主义转化成为人民群众自觉追求的过程中充分利用传统文化而又超越传统文化,进而引导人们投身于发展中国社会主义伟大事业;就中国传统文化的弘扬而言必须在马克思主义指导下更新自身发展,进而成为适合中国特色社会主义事业发展需要的优秀文化。

The relationship between education of Marxism theory and carrying forward traditional culture is an important topic in the field of culture construction in China. Under the new situation of construction of socialist culture and strengthening ideology construction in the society, we must build up the relationship consciousness between them. To achieve this, we need walk out of the traditional modern, progressive conservative oppositions. On the aspect of Marxism theory education, in the process of converting Marxism into people＇s initiative pursuit, we should make full use of and surpass traditional culture, making it guide people to devote themselves to the great cause of Chinese socialist development. On the aspect of carrying forward Chinese tradi tional culture, we should renew and develop the culture under the guidance of Marxism, trying to cultivate it into an excellent cul ture to meet the needs of Chinese socialist development.
