阿尔茨海默症语言功能失调的类型及特征评述

A Critical Review of the Types and Characteristics of Language Impairment of Alzheimer's Disease Patients

阿尔茨海默症语言功能的研究具有重要的理论及实践价值,对神经语言学、心理语言学等学科的研究产生了积极的影响,为阿尔茨海默症的早期筛查及语言康复提供了有益的参考,已成为国内外语言学研究新的学科增长点。对阿尔茨海默症语言功能失调的类型及特征做全面的评述有助于总结已有研究的成果,引发后续研究。本文从接收性及产出性语言功能两方面对阿尔茨海默症的语言表现做了回顾及评述,表明阿尔茨海默症的接收性语言功能研究大有可为,产出性语言功能研究中的词汇范畴效应、语法损伤的表现及实质、话语连贯损伤的本质等仍有研究的余地。

The study of the language function of Alzhcimer＇s disease patients is valuable both in theory and in practice, which has made it a new source for linguistics research. Theoretically, findings in this field have made significant contributions to re searches of neurolinguistics and psycholinguistics. Practically, the results of the language function study have provided references for the screening and language rehabilitation of the disease. A critical review of researches on the types and characteristics of lan guage function impairment of this disease is necessary for future research. This article reviewed the previous researches on the language function impairment of Alzheimer＇s disease patients from the perspectives of language comprehension and language pro duction. The research findings indicated that the former is worth more study, and the category effect, the manifestation and na ture of grammatical impairment and the nature of coherence impairment in discourse in the latter need further investigation.
