On the Origins of Market Economy Theory in the Late Middle Ages

In the late Middle Ages, the market economic thought had been initially developed ;that the private property was justified the currency had multiple attributes and as a commodity, its price fluctuated as the market volatility; the prices of goods and the wages of laborer followed the law of supply and demand in the market,they recognized the appropriate interest was legitimate and the business profits had its rationality; the merchant became a respected profession and some of the mercantilist ideas and policies began to appear. All these indicated that the late medieval market economic thought was the source of mercantilism in the same ideological pedigree and the different ideological paradigm with modem economics.
