The experience of China's progressive reform can be appraised positively,but with the deepening of China's reforms,progressive reform should be changed into overall reform. Overall reform is an inevitable choice and a brand-new strategic planning of China and the Chinese Communist Party,especially the new central leading collective with Xi Jinping as the key figure.
