西部高职教育发展的经济文化生态分析

Economic and Cultural Analyses on the Development of Vocational Education in Western China

经济文化生态是一个国家、地区、民族发展的基础,具有区域性、民族性、历史性等特征。西部地区的经济文化生态特征表现为:人口稀少、疆域广阔;民族种类多,数量大;语言丰富;农、牧、矿、能等资源丰富、稀有;旅游资源丰富等。西部高职教育要服务于当地经济文化发展,同时,西部高职教育的发展也受当地经济文化生态的影响。故而,西部高职教育发展的对策必须基于当地经济文化生态状况。

Economy, culture and ecology are the bases for the development of a country, a district and a nation, and they have features of regionalism, nationality and historic. Features of economy, culture and ecology in the western area are having sparse population and vast territory, various and large number of ethnic groups, rich language and tourism resources, abundant and rare resources of agriculture, animal husbandry, minerals, energy and so on. Vocational education in the western area of China should serve the development of the local economy and culture＇s meanwhile, it is influenced by them. Therefore, the devel opment strategies of vocational education in the western area of China should take the local specific circum stances into consideration.
