免费师范生学习状况研究——基于对某部属师范大学免费师范生的调查

A Study on Learning Condition of Normal Students Financed by Government

采用分层随机抽样和整群抽样相结合的方法,选取某部属师范大学15个学院的800名免费师范生为样本,就其入学教育情况、学习目标、学习动力、课程满意程度等作了调查与分析,以全面了解与把握免费师范生的学习状况。为更有效地开展免费师范生的教育与教学工作,提高免费师范生的教育质量,培养优秀的教师和未来教育家,建议:开展互助活动,搭建学习共同体平台;课程结构应突出专业能力培养;加强职业道德教育,构建完善的监督与考察机制;创设合理的激励机制,激发学生学习动力。

We select 800 normal students from 15 colleges in a normal university directly attached to the Ministry of Education as samples, employing the integrated methods of stratified random sampling and cluster sampling. We make researches and analyses on their education condition after enrollment, learning purpose, learning motivation, satisfying degree of the curricula and so on, to have overall understanding and grasp of their learning condition. In order to efficiently carry out the education and teaching work of free normal students, improve these students education qualities, cultivate excellent teachers and educa tors for future, we suggest that we implement mutualaiding activities, setting up the platform of learning community; the curriculum structure should focus on cultivating the professional ability; strengthen voca tional moral education and construct perfect supervision and investigation mechanism; originate and design reasonable encouragement mechanism to stimulate their learning motivation.
