基于产业结构调整的服务业发展定位研究——以黑龙江省为例

Research on Positioning of Service Industry Based on the Adjustment of Industry Structure——A Case of Heilongjiang Province

通过计算黑龙江省产业相对劳动生产率和产业结构偏离度可知黑龙江省产业结构不合理和失衡的问题严重。构建的计量模型分析表明,在黑龙江省,服务业对经济发展的贡献处在三次产业的最末位,因此,加快服务业的发展势在必行,而找准服务业的发展定位就是其中的关键。黑龙江省应该加快农林牧渔服务业的发展、优先发展现代商贸流通服务业、积极推进现代旅游业尤其是特色旅游业的发展,以促进产业结构的优化。

By calculating the relative labor productivity and industrial structure deviation degree , the article points out the problems of industrial structure in Hei Lonjiang Province is serious.By building model and analyzing it, the research shows that the contribution to promote the develop-ment of economy of service industry in Hei Longjiang Province is the last one .So, it is very important to quicken the development of service industry in Heilongjiang Province in order to optimize the industrial structure and the key is positioning service industry accurately .Heilongjiang Province should speed up the development of tertiary industry , especially agricultural tertiary industry , modern business and circulation tertiary industry and modern tourism.
