摘要
利用Pro/E软件建立4缸发动机缸盖的三维模型,并运用Abaqus软件对其进行自由振动模态分析。对缸盖固有模态频率和振型进行测试,将有限元计算结果和试验结果进行对比分析表明,两者所得缸盖的固有频率数据吻合性较好,误差小于3%,证明仿真结果可信。对缸盖进行综合研究得出其最佳优化方案,通过优化结果可知,缸盖第1阶模态频率从1 223 Hz提高至1 386 Hz,提高了13.3%,且其它阶模态频率也有明显改善。
The 3D model of 4-cylinder engine head is established by using software Pro/E. And Abaqus is applied for free vibration modal analysis of the cylinder. The natural modal frequencies and mode of vibration of the cylinder head are tested, then the results of FE calculation are compared with test results for comparison and analysis, which indicate that the natural frequency data of the cylinder head obtained through the two methods are in good agreement with the errors less than 3%, proving that the simulation results are trustworthy. Through comprehensive study, an optimal design of the cylinder is obtained. Optimization result shows that the first order modal frequency of the cylinder head is increased by13.3% from 1223Hz to 1386Hz, and noticeably improvement of other order modal frequencies is also achieved.
