摘要
探讨不同浓度红坛酒鬼酒对大鼠血管内皮功能、血脂的影响。将40只雄性SD大鼠随机分成高浓度组(Ⅰ组)、中浓度组(Ⅱ组)、低浓度组(Ⅲ组)、对照组(Ⅳ组)。红坛酒鬼酒灌胃建立动物模型,8周后测定血清中NO、LDL-C、TG、TC、HDL-C含量和一氧化氮合酶(NOS)、结构型一氧化氮合酶(cNOS)、诱导型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)活性。结果表明,Ⅰ组与Ⅲ组相比,大鼠血NO、cNOS、NOS、TC改变差异有统计学意义(p<0.05);Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组与Ⅳ组比,大鼠血HDL-C、TC显著升高(p<0.05);Ⅲ组与Ⅳ组比,大鼠血HDL-C显著升高,有统计学意义,但TC差异无统计学意义。低浓度白酒灌胃对大鼠血管内皮细胞功能有保护作用,能升高大鼠血清HDL-C;高、中浓度白酒灌胃对大鼠血管内皮细胞功能有损害作用,对血脂有影响。
The effects of the administration of red-jar Jiugui liquor at different dosage on vascular endothelial function and blood lipid of rats were investigated. 40 male SD rats were randomly divided into four groups including high dose group (Ⅰ group), medium-dose group (Ⅱ group), low-dose group (Ⅲ group), and contrast group (Ⅳ group). The rats models were established through intragastric administration of red-jar Jiugui liquor in rats for 8 weeks. Then the concentration of NO,LDL-C,TG,TC, and HDL-C in serum and the activity of NOS, eNOS and iNOS were de- tected. The results showed that, there was significant difference in serum NO concentration, eNOS and NOS activity, and serum TC concentration between group Ⅰ and group Ⅲ (p〈0.05); compared with group Ⅳ, HDL-C and TC concentration in group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ increased significantly (1)〈0.05); compared with group Ⅳ, HDL-C changed significantly in group Ⅲ(p〈0.05), but TC did not change significantly (p〉0.05). As a con- clusion, the administration of Jiugui liquor at low dose could protect vascular endothelial function of rats and increase HDL-C concentration in serum. However, the administration of Jiugui liquor at medium dose and high dose would damage vascular endothelial function of rats and had adverse effects on blood lipid of rats.
