“酒”的本源文化功能研究

Study on the Original Cultural Functions of Liquor

酒文化是中华文化的重要组成部分,酒渗透进中国人生活的方方面面,在众多的酒文化现象背后起支配作用的是酒的本源文化功能。通过对酒之命名、酒器符号在汉字构形中的作用以及传世文献记载的酒的文化功能的研究,认为酒的本源文化功能是向神感恩致敬,并进而引申为人神或人与人之间的和谐。

Liquor culture is an important part of Chinese culture and liquor has penetrated every part of Chinese life. Behind various liquor culture phenomena, the original cultural functions of liquor play the dominant role. Through the study of the naming of liquor and the role of drinking vessels in the formation of Chinese character ＂酒＂ and the cultural functions of liquor recorded in the literature from ancient times, it was believed that, the original cultural functions of liquor expressed peoples＇ gratitude and respect to God and further expressed the harmony between people and God and the harmonious relationship between people.
