摘要
白酒中、小型企业尝评勾兑员在生产中发挥着重要的作用,如何提高他们的素质是行业关心的问题。建议通过选拔,并全面进行培训;建立标准化尝评制度;加强对勾兑员的训练,通过大量的实践来提升他们的工作能力。
Technicians in charge of liquor blending tasting play important roles in small distilleries. Accordingly, to improve their tasting blending skills has become the major concern for small distilleries. In this paper, it was recommended to improve tasting blending skills for technicians through personnel selection, comprehensive training, setting up standard tasting blending system, strengthening the training to technicians, and carrying out a large amount of practice.（Tran. by YUE Yang）
