摘要
白酒中、小型企业尝评勾兑员在生产中发挥着重要的作用,如何提高他们的素质是行业关心的问题。建议通过选拔,并全面进行培训;建立标准化尝评制度;加强对勾兑员的训练,通过大量的实践来提升他们的工作能力。
Technicians in charge of liquor blending tasting play important roles in small distilleries. Accordingly, to improve their tasting blending skills has become the major concern for small distilleries.
