话语权视域下中国农民权益保护机制构建

On Building the Mechanism for Protecting Chinese Farmers' Rights from the Perspective of Discourse Power

农民话语权是农民表达自身诉求、追求自身权益的重要手段。由于制度设计与公共参与机制的不完善,我国农民呈现出集体失语状态;在社会主义初级阶段,只有通过大力发展农村物质生产资料、完善政权体制设计、扩大农民政治参与、促进民主法制教育等,才能拓展农民话语权的表达平台,才能从根本上维护农民权益。

Farmers＇ discourse power is an important means to express their demands and pursue their rights. Due to the incomplete system design and public participation mechanism,collective aphasia exists among farmers in China. In the primary stage of socialism,only by striving to develop material means of production,improving the design of political systems,increasing farmers＇ political participation and strengthening democratic and legal education can farmers hold their discourse power and protect their rights and interests.
