心脏起搏器起搏部位的选择 被引量:2

摘要 起搏器的适应证已经变得越来越广泛,并成为了很多心脏疾病的重要治疗方法。近年来随着手术技术的进步以及各种新式设备的应用,使得临床医师对于起搏器的植入并不仅仅是关注其手术难度、挽救患者生命等方面,更多的是去关注起搏器对于患者远期心血管事件、再住院率等指标的影响。这使得对于生理性起搏的要求也越来越高。我们结合近年文献,简述了各种心室起搏部位以及选择判断指标。
