摘要
(目的)对三七中的多糖进行分离、提取及三七多糖对小鼠免疫能力提升的最适用量研究。(方法)对三七的多糖成分进行粗提,脱蛋白,细提。然后用不同浓度不同成分的多糖提取物对小白鼠进行灌胃处理,连续15天,对小白鼠的免疫器官的重量,巨噬细胞的功能,T淋巴细胞的增殖情况进行检测,分析数据。(结果)在三七多糖PNPS-Ⅱb成分的220 mg/kg/d浓度下,小白鼠的胸腺指数,吞噬指数和T细胞的增殖效果最佳,因此此时的免疫效果最好。(结论)在三七多糖PNPS-Ⅱb成分的220 mg/kg/d浓度下,小白鼠有最好的免疫效果。
(Aim)To isolate and extract the polysaccharide from Panax and study on the optimal dosage of polysaccharide to enhance mice's immunity. (Methods)Through crude extraction, deproteinization and fine extraction on Panax polysaccharide, then put different concentrations and different components ofpolysaccharide extractive on rnice's stomach, after 15 days,to test the weight ofmice's immune organs, the functions ofmacrophages, the proliferation of T-lymphocytes, and analyze the data. (Results)At 220 mg / kg / d concentrations in PNPS- Ⅱ b ingredients, mice' s thymus index, phagocytic index, T cells' proliferation are the best, so the immune effect is the best. ingredients, mice have the best immune effect.
