摘要 SZF型波浪浮标系统通过无线电台将采集的波浪数据实时地传输到岸站数据接收处理机上,同时将波浪原始数据保存到浮标上的存储器内。为解决浮标大容量海浪原始数据的存储问题,利用USB总线技术设计了一款U盘存储板卡。该U盘存储板卡采用基于Cortex-M3内核的ARM芯片,根据STM32F105 USB OTG接口特点,通过移植μC/OS-II实时操作系统技术进行任务调度,采用邮箱机制进行任务之间的通信,创新性地将通用U盘技术应用到基于单片机采集处理系统的海洋浮标上,实现了波浪浮标大容量、长时间的数据存储。实验测试结果表明,该U盘存储板卡具有存储速度快、准确性高、低功耗、高稳定性、便携性、通用性等特点,可用于多种需要数据存储的仪器设备中,其综合性能显著。 The SZF wave buoy system transfers collected data to the recipient processor in land station through wireless radio station, and simultaneously stores the raw wave data into the storage unit in the buoy. In order to solve the problem of high-capacity buoy motherboard data storage, a U-disk storage card system is designed using USB bus technology. The board adopts ARM microprocessor chips which are in the frame of Cortex-M3.According to the characteristics of STM32F105 USB OTG interface, task scheduling is carried out by trans planting the real-time operating system μC/OS-II. Meanwhile, the mailbox mechanism is used for completing communication among tasks, and the common U-disk technology is innovatively adopted in the ocean buoys based on the single-chip acquisition and processing system, achieving large-capacity and long-time data storage for wave buoys. The experimental testing results show that the U-disk storage board system, with outstanding comprehensive performance, is featured by fast speed of storage, high accuracy, low power consumption, high stability and portability, and can be used for a variety of equipment.
