摘要
作为最前沿的公共治理理论之一,整体性治理理论与地方政府政策执行力研究具有一定的适切性,以整体性治理理论作为分析工具,勾勒出了以整体性治理理论作为分析框架的地方政府政策执行力提升的新思路。
As one of the forefront of public governance theory, theory of executive power and local government policy in order to study holistic governance ＂coordination＂ as the fundamental governance mechanism has some appropriate line. In this paper, holistic governance theory as an analytical tool, and sketched out a new idea for a holistic governance theory as an analytical framework for local government policy execution promotion.
