20世纪是人类历史上物质文明最发达的时代,科技发展迅速,科技异化已经成为普遍现象,后现代主义文化的影响也愈烈。作为当今著名的马克思主义学者,特里·伊格尔顿以积极的态度突破传统的批判思维,凸显文化的当代特征,从高雅到低俗、乌托邦到单向度、精神层面到物质享受三个方面对后现代文化进行了深入的剖析。伊格尔顿的后现代马克思主义文化批判是马克思主义批判的继承和发展,对我国弘扬中华文化建设有着重要的启迪作用。
