摘要
针对节能调度下调峰机组难以得到合理补偿以及不利于激励机组参与系统调峰的状况,提出了一种新的机组调峰补偿机制,即在保证低能耗机组调峰补偿范围的条件下,扩大高能耗机组的调峰补偿范围,将有偿调峰划分界限多样化,选取调峰幅度和调峰速率作为调峰能力指标,兼顾调峰能力和调峰实现度,定义了调峰积极度系数,建立了考虑调峰积极性的调峰补偿新模型,通过对模型求解,获取调峰机组最佳补偿效果。通过算例分析,证明了该补偿机制能够有效提高能耗高机组参与调峰的补偿范围和补偿力度以及调峰补偿金额。
Since peak-regulating unit is hard to be compensated reasonably with energy saving dispatch and to work with excitation unit,aiming at the problem,this paper proposes the new compensation mechanism on peak-regulating unit,a mechanism which extends the compensation scope of peak regulation for high energy consumption unit under the condition that the scope for low energy consumption unit is guaranteed,diversifies the dividing limit of compensable peak regulation,selects the width and speed of peak regulation as capability index,taking capability and reliability of peak regulation into consideration,defines positive degree coefficient of peak regulation,establishes new compensation model taking positive degree of peak regulation into consideration and through which acquires the best compensation effect of peak regulating unit. Through the analysis of example,it is proved that this mechanism is able to enhance the compensation scope and strength and amount of peak regulation with the participation of high energy consumption unit.
